You checked out our website and sent an inquiry, what now?
You will shortly receive an email from either Olivia or Virginia to set up a phone call. These calls don't need to take up to much time but are a really nice way to get more comfortable, answer any questions you have and go over the next steps. It also helps our clients feel more comfortable which is always our number one priority.
So what are the next steps? Next we'll send everything over! We send a questionnaire, a guide, a contract and a retainer! Once the retainer is paid and the contract is signed we book the studio! During our phone call, we will have gone over availability so our next step is to confirm a date with you. The we'll get the studio booked! The questionnaire helps us plan the shoot, so it's important to get it completed.
Once the studio is booked you'll get a confirmation email from us with the date, time and address of the shoot. You'll receive another email with all the details closer to the shoot date. Our email is always open for anything you might need support with leading up to your shoot!
